Elegant and spacious, Villa Mamora is a contemporary Caribbean villa privately situated at the water'e edge in Mamora Bay, If offers a haven of tranquillity with its spectacular panoramic views of the Caribbean as it enters the quiet waters of Mamora Bay. A perfect beach for sunning and swimming is about 20 steps from the villa.

The villa sleeps 6 easily, with three elegantly furnished double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is wonderfully romantic - a king size bed faces double doors which open directly onto the large verandah and the aquamarine waters of Mamora Bay. |
The general living area is large. The furnishings
are plentiful and comfortable - an elegant and eclectic mix of well chosen
furniture from around the globe. The soaring interior architecture enhances
the aura of spaciousness and light. There is a CD player, and phone for
local calls, plus well stocked library. The kitchen has wonderful views
across Mamora Bay, and is fully fitted with large cooker, fridge/freezer
and microwave. Daily maid service is provided.

The villa is private and secluded, and enjoys airy sea breezes as they fan across from the sea into Mamora Bay. It is sited at the far end of the exclusive resort of St. James Club. Although set well apart from the resort, occupants of the villa may enjoy the excellent restaurant facilities. |

The villa is a short drive away from the international yachting harbours of Falmouth Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard The constant flow of private yachts, their crew and guests, ensure a lively social scene and a plentiful supply of excellent restaurants, cafes and bars in these harbours.
There is a wonderful continental bakery, good wine/liquor store and local grocery store within a 5-minute drive from the villa. There is an ATM machine, bank and Post Office in Nelson's Dockyard. A Cable and Wireless office offers mobile phones for hire.
Rates (sleeps max 6):
High season (Dec 1st 2006 - May 15th 2007): US$3000
per week for 4 people, and US$35 per person per night for the third bedroom.
Off season (May 15th - Nov 30th 2007): US$2100 per week for 4 people, and US$25 per person per night for the third bedroom
